The location was very convenient, within walking distance of...
The location was very convenient, within walking distance of shopping and eateries. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable.
There was only 1 lift available, which made waiting long. The Wi-Fi in the room was intermittent. There were one or two sightings of cockroaches in the room.

location wise and quite a safe place to stay it is strategic specially if you just want a few days stop for another travelgo. short distance to malls like glorietta and greenbelt. the view from the room is nice.
like what other previous customer reviews i read prior to booking my stay i still did book.. the place is old. the hallway which leads to your room smells like something i can’t explain. smells creepy or u feel place is haunted. you can see that linens used are overused from centuries ago. sorry but that is how i really felt. and from a long travel, when u meet their staff in reception i don’t know.. but i don’t want to be special or feel like a vip but as a customer you want to feel welcome or just to be greeted first. I remembered the lady staff just looked at me with no questions if she could help me in any way. i was the one who told them hi and greeted them good evening i have reservation. and with regards to the property they should orient staff how charging through credit card is. i was already deducted 2 weeks before my booked check-in and those staff are claiming and insisting i haven’t paid yet. i insisted i was already deducted by the property. and it really created attention which it is kind of embarassing. anyway, they should be polite as possible to customers even if customers are little bit agitated. from staff to property i really have a bad stay here. just being honest.

There are a number of better budget accomodations in Makati
Good points for Accessible location. Bed is relatively comfy.
Seems the aircondiotioning Unit and room were not well maintained. We had throat irritation ang itchy nose. Room smell was not that pleasant. Facility is near deterioration. There were roaches in the room. No bidet. When you request for dipper, you need to make a couple of follow ups. Staff services need a lot of Improvement. I also dont understand why an old bidet was placed on the kitchen sink

1. Sink was clogged 2. Beddings looked worn out 3. No bathroom rug 4. Shampoo and soap are not good to use 5. Just one key 6. No lights switches near the bed. 7. Faucet in bathroom sink is too close to the sink
